From our home base in Plano, Lowes Chimney Sweep runs daily routes across the entire Dallas Fort Worth metroplex — which is how "same day service" stays true whether you're in Frisco or Weatherford.
Find your area below. Every city on this page gets the same standard: certified, insured technicians, protective floor coverings and HEPA dust control in your home, photo documentation of the work, and written quotes with no surprises. If your town isn't listed, call us anyway — our coverage grows with our customers, and the answer is usually yes.
Dallas proper and its first-ring suburbs hold some of the metroplex's oldest housing stock — mid-century brick homes with original masonry chimneys that have weathered sixty-plus Texas summers. In these areas, our most common calls are mortar joint restoration, crown repair, and overdue sweeps on fireplaces that have burned for decades.
Our backyard — the office sits in Plano, so these are our shortest drive times and most flexible scheduling windows. The northern corridor mixes established 1980s–90s brick homes with the fastest new construction in Texas, where builder-grade prefab chimneys make chase cover replacement and cap installation everyday work for our crews.
The western half of the metroplex runs from Fort Worth's historic districts — where original masonry deserves careful, period-appropriate repair — out through the Mid-Cities and into Parker County. Longer drives don't change the promise: we route western jobs together so same-day and next-day slots stay realistic all the way to Weatherford.
Daily crews across all corners of DFW — call early and there's a good chance we're nearby today.
(214) 225-8874Lake-country suburbs and college-town neighborhoods share this region with rapidly growing communities along the 35W and 380 corridors. Wind exposure around the lakes is rough on chimney caps and chase covers — after every major storm season, this is where our flashing and cap repair calls spike first.
Lakeside communities around Ray Hubbard and the fast-growing towns along I-30 and Highway 80 make up our eastern routes. A mix of newer builds and rural properties means everything from quick inspections on recently purchased homes to full rebuilds on older farmhouse chimneys.
From Midlothian's limestone country down through Johnson and Hood counties, southern routes serve a wide mix of acreage properties, historic downtowns, and commuter suburbs. Rural homes often burn wood as genuine heat rather than ambiance — which makes annual creosote removal less optional here than anywhere else we serve.
Coverage means nothing if the service is thin. All 98 cities get the full menu:
Annual creosote removal with zero-mess HEPA containment
Level 1, 2 & 3 evaluations with photo reports
Keep out rain, embers, birds & squirrels
Seal the top of the stack before water spreads
Restore failing mortar with color-matched joints
Stop leaks where the chimney meets the roof
Custom stainless covers for prefab chimneys
Firebox, hearth, and damper service
Pilot, burner, and ignition diagnostics
Full restoration for severely damaged stacks

No. Pricing is the same flat, written-quote pricing in all 98 cities. We plan daily regional routes, so a job in Weatherford or Rockwall costs the same to book as one in Plano — the quote you approve is the price you pay, regardless of zip code.
Routing. Our crews run dedicated daily loops — the northern corridor, Tarrant County and the west, the Denton County lake towns, the eastern I-30 communities — instead of criss-crossing the metroplex one job at a time. Call early in the day at (214) 225-8874 and there is usually a truck already working near you.
Almost never. The cities above are the ones we visit most, but our trucks pass through dozens of smaller communities between them every week. If your address is anywhere in or around the DFW metroplex, call and ask — the answer is usually yes.
Yes. No zone pricing, no distance surcharges, no separate rates for different suburbs. Every job starts with a written quote before any work begins, and the number we give you is the number you pay.
All of them, subject to that day's route capacity. Cities close to our Plano office — Richardson, Allen, Frisco, Murphy — have the most scheduling flexibility, but our western and southern routes hold same-day slots too. The earlier in the day you call, the better your odds.
Yes. Acreage properties, farmhouses, and unincorporated county addresses are a regular part of our eastern and southern routes. Older masonry chimneys and wood stoves that carry real heating duty are some of our most common rural calls.
Storm weeks are our busiest, so we add crews and prioritize active leaks first. Wind-damaged chimney caps and lifted flashing are the two failures we see most after North Texas storms — if water is getting in, say so when you call and we will slot you accordingly.
For exterior-only work such as caps, crowns, flashing, and chase covers — not necessarily, as long as we have roof access and a way to send you photos. For a chimney sweep or a Level 2 inspection we work inside at the fireplace, so an adult should be home.
Two ways: call (214) 225-8874 and describe the issue, or request a Free Online Quote and we will reply with pricing. Photos of your chimney help us quote faster and more accurately.
